Refund Policy

We want you to love what you collect. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns:
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Refunds:
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at Lenfant.eu@gmail.com.
